Visang Education, the global education & culture company (KOSPI 100220, CEO Tae-Hoe Yang) will supply the Korean Language Smart Solution (Klass) to Vietnamese universities for the second time after Nguyen Trai University in Hanoi, Vietnam last year.

On 15th September, Visang Education announced that the company will complete the supply of the Korean Language Smart Solution (Klass) to the Department of Korean Language to Vietnam-Korea Industrial Vocational Technology College located in Nghe An province in the North Central Coast region of Vietnam on the 28th of August and begin classes from the fall semester.

This business project was pulled off as part of the Inclusive Business Solution (IBS) promoted by Visang Education and the Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA, President Mi-kyung Lee) for partner countries, and Visang Education is playing the lead role for the project.

Vietnam-Korea Industrial Vocational Technology College was established in 1998 with supporting and funding (free) from the Korean government to train and foster skilled workforce contributing to Vietnam's industrialization. According to the agreement, the college adopts Visang Education’s Klass and Korean language textbooks for the official curriculum, apply it to Korean language classes from the fall semester on October 3.

To this end, Visang Education recently trained college educators at Vietnam-Korea Industrial Vocational Technology College on how to use the Klass program. In addition, the company allowed students to take Korean e-learning classes free of charge for a certain period of time on the “Masterkorea.vn“ site. Through this initiative, students will have an opportunity to get a job at a Korean company through the ”MasterKorean Jobs“ site. The company promised to continue their follow-up support.

Vietnam-Korea Vocational Technology College President Ho Van Dam said, “The classroom where the Klass program is built will be an educational space where students can concentrate and learn Korean language in an interesting way, and an instructor alone can conduct interactive learning activities with a large number of students. In addition, it is expected to serve as a cultural hub for people who love Korean culture beyond language learning.”

Visang Education plants to build 24 Klass Rooms at universities/colleges and vocational schools in Vietnam, including Nguyen Trai University in Hanoi and Vietnam-Korea Industrial Vocational Technology College in Nghe An, aiming to contribute to the training and fostering production workforce with Korean language skills.

Visang Education Vietnam Chief Representative Tae-In Yoon said, “Korean language education in Vietnam is concentrated in metropolitan areas such as Ho Chi Minh and Hanoi, so the Korean language education environment is relatively poor in the underdeveloped central regions. It is meaningful to be able to contribute to the expansion of Korean language education infrastructure in the central region is of Vietnam by introducing Klass to Vietnam-Korea Industrial Vocational Technology College in Nghe An.”
